관계중심 교육 활동에 따른 유아의 대인문제해결 능력의 변화
Change of Young Children's Interpersonal Cognitive Problem Solving Skills through Relation-Focused Educational Activity
The purpose of this study is to research the change of young child's ability to interpersonal cognitive problem solving skills through relation-focused educational activity. The study targets were 40 five-year-old children of kindergarten located in Yongin, Gyeeonggi-do. They were divided into an experiment group and a control group randomly. In order to know the effect of experiment, the tests for interpersonal cognitive problem solving skills were performed before and after experiment. For the experiment group, 20 relation-focused educational activities were performed over 10 weeks and for the control group, individual activities excluding relation-focused educational activities were performed. In order to find out the difference between experiment group and control group, t-test was performed and in order to find out the changes of children of experiment group, qualitative analysis was performed. The study result showed that the children of experiment group, who experienced relation-focused activity were significantly superior to other childrenin the ability of alternative solution, methodological solution and causal solution. Moreover, the children of experiment group moved and enlarged their viewpoint from 'I" to 'We" and from 'my surrounding' to 'beyond my shoulder' and ego from 'passive me' to 'active me'. The result shows that relation-focused educational activity can give a positive effect to children. It is expected that it can be a specific data that enables teacher to apply effectively.
