The law is a mirror of the society. Although laws are created by the state, the country as well as the social system are the most transparent forensic samples. The purpose of this paper is to understand the North Korean legal system on the perspective of the sociology of law. North Korea keeps their regime as a highly closed society based on autocracy. North Korea uses its legislative system as a tool for sustaining it's regime. Along with this, North Korea imprisoned the ideology into its system and utilized it excluding the sympathy of thinking which every social entities have. Under the North Korea, law is a category of social class as well as important component of social structure which is connected to the economic basis. We should start understand North Korea's social legislation as a way of our legal correspondence. During this procedure, discourse has played a role as making the autocracy, closed society and as leading the society. Discourse is made in the time of executing and making the law. North Koreas accepts their system in the field where the ideology and discourse are combined. The North Korean legal system is emerged inside of this system. Law in North Korea is an expression of their political policies. Also, the law is a tool to realize political influence and a social weapon of the ruling class.Of course, the legal system is operating so. In preparation of unifying it is essential to understand the North Korean legal system to form a new rule of law.
