문화예술교육 지원 프로그램 '온드림스쿨 초등교실'이 교육소외지역 아동의 창의적 문제해결력 개발에 미치는 영향요인 분석
Effects of a Culture and Art Education Program, 'OnDream School' on Creative Problem Solving Skill Development among Education Isolated Elementary School Students
The purpose of this study is to explore the effects of Hyundai Motor Chung Mong-Koo Foundation's 'OnDream School' programs on creative problem solving skill development among education isolated elementary school students. Total 3,080 elementary school children participated in 'OnDream School' programs and the cross-tabulation, t-test, and multi regression analysis were conducted by using SPSSWIN 21.0. The study results showed the followings: First, the highly recommended programs for creative problem solving skill development among education isolated elementary school students were physical education, music, art and creative character programs in orders. Second, creative problem solving skills and sub-factors such as knowledgeㆍthinking functioning, critic·logical thinking, and motivative thinking showed significances between the experimental and comparative groups. Third, gender, school grade, parental understanding, parental support, teacher's understanding made impacts on creative problem solving skill development among education isolated elementary school students. Based on the above results, methods for creative problem solving skill developments through corporate social responsibility(CSR) programs on culture and art among education isolated elementary school students were suggested. Study limitations and further study suggestions for future studies were also discussed.
