구조화된 집단놀이치료 프로그램이 자폐성 유아의 자폐행동, 음성행위 및 사회적 상호작용에 미치는 효과

The purpose of the study was to examine the effects of structured group play therapy program on autistic behavior, vocal behavior and socialized interaction of the infants with autistic disorder. The subjects were 3 infants with autistic disorder who were selected based on the results of the DSM-Ⅳ diagnostic criteria and the Autism Behavior Checklist. Structured group play was consisted of 27 sessions of 40 minutes each. To evaluate the effects of the intervention, the Autism Behavior Checklist, Sample of Vocal Behavior and Interaction Assessment were performed in pre and post testing. The change of the characteristics of each infant on phase recorded on videotapes were written down by researcher. The results of this study were as follow ; Frist, structured group play therapy program diminished autistic behavior of the infants with autistic disorder. The infants showed improvement on relationship area and social and self care area. Second, structured group play therapy program showed significant improvement on vocal behavior of the infants with autistic disorder. There were improving of language ability and diminishing of repeated speech on the infants. Third, structured group play therapy program showed significant improvement on socialized interaction of the infants with autistic disorder. In conclusion, the results indicated that structured group play therapy program can help to diminish autistic behavior, to improve language ability and to diminish autistic interaction. And, besides the program that was used in this study, it is necessary to develop variable programs and to perform structured group play therapy program in integrated environment with general infants.
