    As a way of organization innovation, the need of research on the team based organizations has increased in these days and also a study for team core competence is needed. It is very important to develop relationship between team commitment and core competence of team and empowerment of team. However, most researches of team core competence and team empowerment lack empirical data. More researches are needed in practical and academic purposes. Therefore objectives of this research are: First, identifying the relationship between team core competence, team empowerment and team commitment. Second, testing the effect between team core competence, team empowerment and team commitment. Findings of testing hypothesis 1(H1 : Team core competence will influence team commitment): First, team knowledge was found to influence positively team commitment. Second, team work skill was found to positively influence team commitment. Third, team attitude was found to positively influence team commitment. Fourth, team creativity was found to positively influence team commitment. Findings of testing hypothesis 2(H2 : Team empowerment will influence team commitment): First, team confidence was found to influence positively team commitment. Second, team importance was found to positively influence team commitment. Third, team autonomy was found to positively influence team commitment. Fourth, team impact was found to positively influence team commitment. Marketing implications derived from results of this study were: First, findings supported that the theoretical framework of relationship between team core competence, team empowerment and team commitment enable to organization to compete under better circumstance. Second, findings suggested that the higher level of empowerment and core competence, the more efficient organization becomes. Limitations of this study were: First, validity and reliability of questionnaires used in this study were questionable for lack of past researches in Korea. Second, static research technique was employed in this study. Generalization over different time interval was almost impossible from results of this study. Third, sampling units in this study were selected within a certain area of Korea. Results of this study might have been different if other areas were included.
