Mar M-247 초내열합금에서 HIP 처리가 주조조직 및 기계적 성질에 미치는 영향

In this study, morphology of γ' and eutectic γ-γ' were investigated in a Ni-base superalloy Mar M 247 by HIP(hot isostatic pressing) in 1250℃, 15ksi, 4 hour, Ar gas condition. And the mechanical tests on room temperature and high temperature were showed that HIPed defect specimens were recovered to sound specimens. 1. ASTM grade "D" microshrinkage defects of casting specimen were eliminated by HIP treatment. 2. Eutectic γ-γ' of HIPed defect specimens were solved. Morphology of γ' were formed cubic and volume % of γ' were 62%. 3. Stress-rupture time of HIPed defect specimens showed as long as that of sound specimen in 760℃-690MPa and 980℃-200MPa.
