병렬기구형 틸팅테이블의 최적 설계 및 CAD/CAM 프로그램 개발

This research presents the machining center tool combined a parallel-typed tilting table and a Cartesian typed machine. The proposed tilting table has three actuators for rotational motions, i.e., yaw, pitch, and roll. This paper introduces the parallel-typed tilting table as a machining center for the complex shape. In order to achieve the optimal design, we define three parameters such as the radius of a base, the length of rods, and the angle of triangular bases. To determine the parameters, investigation is done i.e., kinematics, workspace, and dexterity analysis. And CAD/CAM system is developed for the six-axes MCT, which requires the commands of position as well as orientation for machining of complex shape. The CAD/CAM system has a tool path generator, a NC code generator and a graphic simulator. This paper designs the parallel-typed tilting table to meet the desired specification and presents the results of tool path, NC code and graphic simulation.
