The purpose of the study was to develop a web-based assessment and support program which enable parents and teachers to assess easily Attention-Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder Children or not and to provide each child a suitable support. Also, it was to provide better assess and support through the exchange of information each other by recording, managing and maintaining the assess and process for treatment of children on program, For that, enabling children assessment by realizing DSM-IV Attention-Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder Diagnostic Criterion and Conners' Parents & Teacher Rating Scale on the web. it has enabled a suitable support to children through presenting the information about treatment strategy, related papers, related books, related organs, related site on the basis of the result of assessment after being carried out. Also, it databased the facts of an assessment and facts recorded on the process for treatment and enabled maintenance and continuance of an information and enabled meaningful information to be produced making use of saved information. Summarized result of program development of the study is like this; First, enabled parents and teachers to assess easily children making use of formalized rating scale on the web. Second, in addition to assessment through rating scale, by depending on the experts on the web, overcome the limit of assessment rating scale had. Third, in presenting an information for the support, not only arrange information, enabled presentation more suitable support information by present- -ing data on the basis of value of assessment result. Fourth, after parents and teachers recorded observation value on the web and be analyzed the value through the web program, the value will be presented by graph and table. Finally, This program enables parents and teachers to receive more detailed assessment and support by experts.
