    The purpose of this study was to analyse the relationship between openness of middle school and job satisfaction of teacher groups. The questionnaires was used to measure the openness of school and teacher's job satisfaction. The data were analysed to get Mean(M) and Standard Deviation(SD) and t-test and F-test were used to verified the differences among means 596, and 1% leve1 of significance. The conclusion of this study were as follow : 1. The teachers belong to the Korea Federation of Teacher's Associations perceived their school as open climate rather the teacher belong to the Korean Teachers & Educational Worker's Union. 2. Teachers belong to the Korea Federation of Teacher's Associations are more satisfied with their work than teachers belong to the Korean Teachers & Educational Worker's Union. 3. Teachers who work at opened climate school were more satisfied with their teaching job than the teacher who work at less opened than climate school.
