This purpose of this study is to contribute architectural activities as continuous developments through reflections the environmental plan specificities on remodeling of dilapidated apartments, so it will arrange and make an examination of basic theories. For corresponding with that objects in return for summarizing basic data about remodeling of dilapidated apartments. The process of this study follows; consider contents of remodeling of dilapidated apartments, examinations of plan factors and contents of the environmental remodeling of dilapidated apartments, the last, this study will present improvement plans through observing marks of remodeling of dilapidated apartments especially case of Korean, and conditions of remodeling. from a social point of view 1) The points at existing system of remodeling should be improved. 2) For activating of remodeling, systems and financing supports should be planned by the government. 3) We should sublate remodeling method by hard development, and it is necessary to establish remodeling systems and regulations. 4) It is necessary to technical support, cause it should be considered remodeling plans practically on home basis. Come to conclusions about the environmental remodeling of dilapidated apartments, 1) The Environmental Architecture is conservations of ecological environment that planning organic connections with the nature, and also saving energies and resources all over processing; plan, design, production, conservation and disuse. 2) It is necessary to apply positively to use artificial and natural tree-planting under organic concept coexisting inhabitants of apartments with nature. 3) It is necessary to develop housing that considered environmental conservations of apartments which is high-density. 4) It is necessary to adopt environmental methods of construction and materials from building apartments, also introduce variable plans as considering inhabitants' life cycles, and managements way of saving energies.
