    Recently, the world is seeing an enormous growth of the cultural contents industry as the public recognizes the importance of cultural contents such as media, records, animation and game. And various genres of game including PC game, video game, online game and mobile game are enjoying a continuous growth. In particular based on the development of high technology of game and mobile communication the platform of game is various from the conventional offline and online to mobile making game implementation more complex. Therefore the game development should be implemented through the procedures of the expert and systematic method on the minimum cost. However the development of game software in domestic has accomplished randomly according to the scenario without the expert analysis and the design for game in hand. The objective of this paper is to analysis, design and implement of GODORI by means of Component Based Development. The fabrication and application of Component Based Development reduces the development duration and guarantees the flexibility of the management and its quality. Hence while the software development of Component Based requires a lot of resources in the initial, its efficiency is more and more increasing with the accumulation of the experience and the updates of the reuse technology. The large and more complex the game software the more urgent the Component Based Development for its efficient maintenance.
