An optical packet switching node uses FDLs(Fiber Delay Line) to delay incoming packet(particularly their payloads) while their headers are being processed. In order to resolve contentions between multiple packets, additional FDLs are needed inside the switching fabric(e.g., at the input or output side). Optical burst switching(OBS) has been proposed to reduce use of FDLs and optical switching paradigm to realize of the next-generation all optical networks. OBS can provide improvements over wavelength routing in terms of bandwidth efficiency and core scalability via statistical multiplexing of bursts. Recently, another challenging issue is how to support quality of service(QoS) in the optical burst switching networks. This paper we propose a roundabout way path QoS Provisioning for Optical Burst Switching networks with priority 0,1,2 data burst forward to the roundabout way when congested. A big advantage of the proposed scheme is the simplicity of QoS provision, that comes from the simple QoS provisioning algorithm. also this roundabout way path QoS Provision be able to make efficient networks by fairly traffic distributing with the reduce of an use of FDLs at core routers. The roundabout way path QoS Provisioning scheme has been verified to reliably guarantee of priority 0,1,2 data burst and to efficiently utilize network resources by OPNET computer simulations. As results, end-to-end delay of high priority burst is improved, and also reduced drop probability of bursts.
