    A teachers heavy burden of working depresses his morale and the depression of a teacher's morale reduces the efficiency of teaching. In result, it will be the cause of weakening the educational power of a country. Therefore, we need to analyze thoroughly the actual conditions of a teachers work burden and it is thought that the exploration of the alternative for improving the system will be of great im-portance. Accordingly, the aim of this study is to produce the materials of the policy for improving the system of a teachers work burden by Presenting the plan for suiting it. The following is the result of a study accomplished according to such necessities and aims. 1. Comparing of a teacher works burden based on classifying schools. A Primary school teacher works more than three hours a week than a middle shcool teacher, and six hours than a high school teacher. Therefore, I suggest that the number of school hours should be reduced to the level of twenty hours or so, regardless of school classes. 2. The total working hours of a teacher a week is over fifty hours, and he works seven to nine hours more than forty-four hours that is the legal working hours of a civil servant, and takes these affairs of the exceeding working hours to his home with him and manage them. 3. The guidance of the encouragement of learning must be focused on promoting the instruction which is the most important affair of a teacher. 4. A teacher must be treated as a specialist and he should be guaranteed the self-regulation in studying the teaching materials. 5. The problems of suiting the work burden which each school teacher Points out are the quarantee of the self-regulation in studying the teaching materials, increasing and arrang-ing clerical workers, merging and abolishig every sort of diary and account book, developing the materials of teaching aids, and simplifying the communication by phone and a report document, and so on. 6. The feeling of satisfaction in being a teacher shows us that an elementary school teacher feels more dissatisfactory, those who were satisfied with being teachers are no more than 20.7%. (twenty point seven percents), and 9 insint that, above all, an elementary school teacher must be considered. In addition to them, a teacher who was satisfied with being a teacher answered that he didn't feel much burden, and a teacher who was not)satisfied with being a teacher) answered that he felt more work burden. 7. Finally, I suggest that the educational policy for suiting a teacher's work burden should be planned with the mutual reiationships of the protracted and short-dated subjects. The End.
