1. Purpose of research by investigating and analysizing the leadership type of principal and teacher's inspiration, this reseach in aimed at providing the basic materials for the effect of school-systematic management. this reseach concrete purpose for attaining this purpose is as fouows. First, specify the leadership type of school. Second, classify, investigate and analysize the teacher's inspiration per school, male & female school, establishment and teacher's experience. Third, analysizing the relationship between principal's leadership type an teacher's inspiration. 2. method of reseach in order to specify the relationship between principal's leadership type and teacher's inspiration, it ovserved about leadership theory and inspired theory. it made up and used it in duplicate as investigation of questionaire with the measurement apparatus, the measurement of principal's leadership type was made, using leader behavier-description questionaire L.B.D.Q, and teacher's inspiration was used and measured the questionaire summarized, analysized and made up the preceding reseach. 3. process of reseach First, principal's leadership type through L.B.D.Q. of halpin was resulted and analysized efficient type : 3 schools, reconciling type : 4 schools, overteaching type : 5 schools and non-efficient type : 4 schools amowg reseaching objective 16 schools. Second, when it's effective type of principal's leadership type, teacher's inspiration was highest and when in the case of non-effective, lowest, it analysized. Third, the inspiration of teachers who serve in the public school showed to be higher than those of who serve in private school. however, it analysized not to be different among per school, male & female school and teacher's experience. Fouth, it analysized to be supposed to control the school management, envisaging the scholastic lessons better than reconcilation of principal.
