    The Purpose of theis tyudy is to provide voludable aid for Principals who administrate the School affairs and to raise efectiveness of the education by considering the effect of different leadership style on the education activeties and finding out what kind of leadership inspires teacher's desire to work. To accomplish these purpose's I set up the following research objects Suchas ; First, examine the leadership style that teacher's expect and specifywhat kind of leadershipstyle teacher's expect depending on theirs Personel factors such as age, sex, region and ranks ect. Second, Cosider the usual leadership style that Principals Pracfice and differences between the Principals' leadership style and that most teacher's expect Third, examine the relation between principas's leadership style and teachers' desire to work. Fourth, examine the effect of principas's leadership style on the school management Surveying the objects mentioned above, I obtained the following results. First, teacher's generally expect the effetiveness leadership style. But the stydy shows that different leadership style is Prefered by age style of human relation oriented for teachers under39, style fo effectiveness oriented for those in 40s and style of task oriented for those over 50s. Second, the study shows that the leadership style most principals have, Contrary to the leadership teachers expect is task oriented. But this tack-oriented leadership style is accepted differently according the age and Sex. Teacher's under 30 take this leadership as ineffectiveness style. Men teacher's aecept it astask oriented style, on the other hand Women teacher's feelit as ineffectiveness style. Specifying these results in detail, the difference between leadership that Principal has and that teacher's expect is extimated as following ; -30.94% difference in human relation style, -27.05% in effectiveness sytle, +29.92% in task oriented style and +28.07% in ineffectiveness style. Thire, Considering the effect of leadership style on teachers' desire to woorlx, effectiveness style is responded highly in the area of human relation, office work and desires to work but ineffectiveness style responded low in all areas. Fourth, Considering the relation between School management and leader ship style, the human relation-oriented leadership the human relation-oriented ledership is well ift for the extra Curricular activities and human relations but less fit for guiding the life-activities. And also the study shows that effectiveness leadership style is foit for all areas, expicially well for the Carricular works, Paper works and facility mange ment but task-oriented leadership and ineffectiveness style are low responded to the whole are including the life-acitivity guidance and human relations
