    This purpose of this study is to understand tearcher's work satisfaction based on school size. It illustrates the levels of dissatisfaction and suggests ways for effective school organization management. As for the apporach of this study it is centered around preceding research paper material. Here is the outcome as analysis of the material. Teachers is small schools have the most satisfaction in human relationships such as with colleagues, parents of students, staff and people in the community. Teachers at large schools have dissatisfaction in this area. It shows that in small shcools a good relationship exists the staff as a family. They understand each other and people in the community. Also, it illustrates that the chance of promotion in different areas and acknowledgement from society are better in small schools than large ones. And small schools have a good coorporation with the school and the community. On the encouragement of teachers, small schools again rate higher because there is greater communication between teachers and leaders. In the case of large school, there is a lack of much dialogue between teachers and leaders because are there are too many classes. As a whole, dissatisfaction was found. A heavy work load, and much individual attention to students were the area wherein teachers at small schools felt the greatest dissatisfaction. My study also shows that the medium sized school has the most satisfaction based on raising students' competency, the responsibility of guiding students. Whereas large schools have the most dissatisfaction. In the case of the opportunity for research training and study abroad, large schools have the most satisfation whereas small have no satisfaction. On conditions around school, small schools are better than large and medium schools. Usually, small shcools are located in rural areas which means this is a good for children's education. The home of a teacher has nothing to do with the school size. As usual, when teachers have a joyful life, they perform their job faithfully. This is a good fortune. As the above indicates, the first problem is to impove upon education facilities, welfare facilities and teachers'welfare. Above all we needed a much more concentrated investment for school facilities.
