with the development of modem society, because the intaken nutrition is high in calorific value compared with the reduction of an activities, people(who are) in a fat or overfat condition naturally are on an increasing trend. And so most of pepople are much concerned about the control of weight. Therefore, this study is to investigate the documentary records to provide the knowledge of the fact that the theory of fatness is unifit for the reduction of the extra fat by shawing that the information on weight control including the physical exercise treatment about fatness and the dietary cure. Human body is made to act. The function of body become more improved through the vigorous physical activity. Human being has no ability to accumulate fat inside the body in leading an active life sitting all day long. Fatness is an complecated, unreasonable phenonmenon. And it is not considered in connection with problem caused by overating or will shortage. Heredity, environment, and cultural factor are connected with the simple nutritionsystem of physical body. It's the best way of successful weight control to practice both a regular, vigorous exercise and a sound, reasonable diet. Another reason of practicing both a diet and physical exercise as the best efficient way of weight control is that this method accelebrated the loss of fat, keeping various fat weight. In other words, when the time of practicing both physical exercise and a diet is compared with that of practicing a diet, this has more loss of muscuare mount than that. The end of weight control is not simply to reduce physical fat but to continuously keep in a reduced condition. What is better is not to accumulate the extra fat in the body from the start. The secret of weight control through one's life is not a diet but physical exercise. The regular exercise to supply us with oxygen contributes to the removal of fat in several ways. Moerover, the efficient weight control is accomplished by the knowledge of nutrition, the control of weight, and regular physical exercise. Therfor, the normal control of weight should continuously be accomplished from his childhood, and the habit formation of weight control should be attained by vigorous action, strong motive induction, and the develment of medical technology. The sports such as walking, jogging, tennis, swimming, badminton, ski, and horserding can be pleasant to enjoy, cultivate sociality with others, and contribate to the control of weight. Furthermore, these sports should be practiced as a prerequisite to life so as to maintain and promote health.
