    This thesis intends to survey teaching processing plan for understanding of Korean Language(Hangul) to children of kindergarten and an elementary school in a short time. And I will find to develop an effective material and adjust fieldwork. Hangul teaching processing plan writes out 30chapter to teach a phonetic value of basic syllable and to practice a character shape by stages according to teaching method which focuses on a word for a basic syllable and a compromise teaching method of syllabic teaching system. Teaching materials try to develop interesting and active materials for teaching method with a phonetic value of basic syllable and character shape. And they lead to conclusion as follows. First, the children who do not understand Hangul know it with effort of teacher in a short time. Because it proves that a compromise teaching method develops the children who read textbook in 3-4 months with 30 steps teaching processing. And it leads to read and write a basic syllable for the children. Second, it effects that we teach to Hangul with system of a word and syllable is better than a system of a word and sentence. Especially, an above middle school students have a good effect. Third, this teaching plans and materials are very effective and wonderful to special class children and infants with an adjustable teaching time and method according to their age. Fourth, it effects that painting of syllabic character shape and cutting to practice a basic syllabic letter shape. Especially, the materials which relate with sbustance name have good and effective data to practice a basic syllabic phonetic value.(for example Ka-Kabang(bag), Na-Nabi(butterfly), D-Daramgi(squirrel)). It reminds Ka character of Kabang(bag) with reading and writting of character. Consequently, normal children can understand Hangul with only reading and writting in home according to materials of practicing basic syllable. Fifth, normal children are possible to understand Hangul in 2-3months with teaching time and it confirms that the children of kindergarten can learn it with teaching methods and developing data according to their developing level. In conclusion, with teaching methods and materials and efforts of teacher it is possible to understand Hangul in a short time. First, an effective teaching processing and method for Hangul understanding will reflect process of education. Second, systematically, it needs to develop teaching material according to its various and effective methods. Third, teachers have to practice an effective teaching method and skill with research study. So, children who do not know Hangul must gone in their class.
