    According as the daily increased traffic demands , the importance o maintenance of bridge is on the rise. And the bridge is one of the important structures among the road facilities. In our contry, according to increase of risk of collapse that is due to the deterioration and the unreliable construction of the existing bridges after collapse the Sung-soo Bridge and Chang-sun Bridge, the people have a growing interest in the maintenance of bridges. To evaluate the deteriorate degree of structures, it is very important that determined the parameters to reflect the deteriorate degree of structure systems sensetively. Natural frequency and mode shapes, those are dymamic response of structures, are used to important dynamic parameters reflecting deterioration of structures. Stains and displacements are used to important static parameters reflecting deterioration of structures. In order to estimate degree of deterioration of structures more accuracy, sensitivity of the dynamic response of structural system and member of structural system is important factor. In this study, to analyze the finding of static-dynamic experiment, and to investigate the influence of deck-concrete in grid structures, and to examine the sensitivity of dynamic response of stuctural system and member, experimental modal testing and analysis are performed. This thesis is use the Damage factor as a parameters to indicate the dynamic response of stuctural system, and apply the stiffness reduction of structures as a parameters to express the deteriorate degree of structures.
