敎師의 役割隧行에 대한 敎師 學生 및 學父母의 知覺差異 比較 硏究

The purpose of this study is to show the different role of the teacher's performance which depends on the teacher of course, students and parents, gives the foundation data about the desired elementary school teacher's roles. For this study, two methods are used : one is referring to literature to examine the role of teachers: the other is survey research method using questionnaire with random sampling of 137 teachers, 300 students, and 140 parents from Suwon-located elementary schools classified by sex, age(or grade), and education. The content of the questionnaire consists of four parts : on 'teaching and studying guide' , role, 6 items : on 'behaviors guide' , role, 6 items : on 'class manager guide' , role, 6 items : and on 'aptitude for and view of teaching profession' , 6 items . Mean and standard devation are figured out to analyze the results of the survey : t-test and one-way ANOVA are used for difference verification among variable factors. The conclusions of this study induced through the above process are as follows : 1. The proposed factors of teacher's role are proved to be desirable and necessary for elementary school teachter, as both teacher, student, and parent groups marked a high level of desire. 2. For teaching and studying guide role, the students believed the decrease among of homework and emphasis on self - studies but teachers and parents believed that the creative thinking and increasespeech ability of expressing ones view are the rightway for the teachers to teach the students. 3. The behaviors guide role, who advices the students to have friendly relationships with friends are the most appealing to students, teachers and parents. 4. As the class manager guide role, the teachers who make the envirement comfortable with the aircondition, the heater, and well ventilation system were believe to be the right role. But now the survey shows that the student's and have conversations about the subjects opinions. 5. aptitude for and view of teaching profession, students prefer a teacher with humor and passion, but teachers themselves prefer a teacher with combination of knowlodge and goodness. Parents want the teachers who do not accept bribe money.
