    Now, Korea military group should be changed its system from the bottom. After democratization and civilization, the society call for that only national defence and isolation from it basically. They want to correct negative image and committed wrong behavior by who came from military under social justice. The military are agreed with this kind of demanding but more difficult one is changing basic system from the inner side by unintentionally. Being consisted with new-aged enlisted soldiers after industrialization, the military had got to give its old fashion commanding way and need to meet new fashion one. The generation about the industrialization and the democratization, however, is so fragmentary and unconnected that it is hard to lead the coming generation. In this study the new generation is defined as who have shown the defferent social behaviors after the democratization and the industrialization. And then this study analyzes new generation's manners and tries to find the suitable way to control them. The analyzed characters of the new generation are as follows. The first, the self-centricism (the individualistic trend), it is the most reason to be defined as the new generation. But this character is often taken for the selfishness critically. The second, the sense of denial of the authotitarianism, however, the new generation somethion makes a comprise with the established authorities. The third, the sense of sensuality, because they have grown up in "the video-generation culture" rather "the writing generation culture". The fourth, the materialism, the new generation, is so cunning and money-mined that they do not give up their life the unreal dream. That is to say, the new generation seeks for a clear today rather than a uncertain tomorrow. The fifth, the activity and participativeness. Knapsacking trip boom makes a good example of the new generation's activities. The young people do not only enjoy traveling itself but find their self-reality and experience the world. First of all, it is the integration of the both-sided character of the new generation officers and men. The most important thing of all to accomplish the original objective of the military by guiding the barrack life culture of the new generation officers and men, is not to understand their behavior only from one same time. Hence, the atmosphere of the barrack life should be improved by adopting their merits which are acceptable as a positive element and through this the effect of commandship and leadership may be maximized by changing their feelings toward military friendly, whereas the negative aspects or those that do not coincide with the basic characteristics of the military system should be converted to those that are more appropriate to military system and more soldier-like. Second, it is the change of leadership according to the comments mensioned above. It should be promoted in all the areas of military unit life in order to form confidence in obedience and participation, and to create new barrack life culture. The commander, above all, should also be equipped with conceptual and empirical leadership that is obtained from knowledge. From that he should induce not only himself but also his staffs to change their faith by reinforcing or abandoning the existing knowledge. In order to do this, he shouldn't be sparing himself to change.
