    A stress is considered as one of the most important problems to be solved in modern socity for the successuful performing one's job. The present study is dim this phenonmena of job stress. Particularly, this study is concerned with which factors are closely related to job stress and the possible role of personalilty type as modelator between job stressor and job stress. For this close literature review if performed and testable hypetheses are suggested. The main findings of this study of this study are as follows. It becomes known that the factors of job stress in Korean shoemaking industies are role disagreement, an excess of duty they environment of organization and pay system Also, It turns out that people who are working at shoe making industries have too much stress, which causes the dissatisfaction of job and less results of worker's efforts. It's clearly clarified that stress management from a personal level or an organization level is very importnat to improe the results of people's efforts in Korean shoemaking industries.
