    For this thesis, I selected 15 obese, over-weight boy, students and divided them into three groups. After measuring the skin fold thicknesses of their 5 body parts(Triceps, subscapula, Iliac, Abdomen, Thigth) with a Lange skinfold caliper, I put the three group to jogging, circuit training, and non-traning respectively. Tree months later I measured their skinfold thichnesses again and results of analysis are as follows. 1. The most emient change of an abomen skinfold thinkness sliows us that the othenomenon of obesity and over-weight can be seen most in abdomen. 2. Non-Training Group increased by 0.7%, Jogging Group decreased by 5%, and circuit Training Group decreased by 3% in percentage gody Fat. 3. Non-Training Group increased by 0.46mm, Jogging group decreased by 4.6mm and circuit training group decreased by 2.6mm in an average skinfold thickness. This result shows us that obese, over-weight persons need reqular exercises and that Jogging is more effective than muscle-power reinforcement circuit training.
