The purpose of this study is to reserch laber-management dispute of the transportation business in Oh-Shan and provide its solution for the problems. Transportation business is defined as carrying persons and goods one place to another which has various stake with many unspecified people. Therefore the business is called as 'foot of the citizen' or 'carrying rack of the citizen' and if the transportation business has labor-management dispute or cannot perform its role because of the conflict, this problem damages not only the company but also the whole society. So the efforts for solving this problum is important than anything else. Oh-Shan has unsufficient working condition such as ; narrow network of the roads compared to other cities and shortage of welfare facilities because of the small scale of business. Also immature consciousness of workers is not in severe level but has to be considered to develop the relations between labor and management and to eliminate the confliction. First, it is to built the relationship between labor and management. Manager should present company's health as transparent clear and show fair distribution of the profit. The labor needs to avoid unreasonable demands. Also it needs to provide the policy or plan for inproving the relationship and eliminate possibility of conflict before arrising through a collective agreement. Second, the management should prohibit the ignorance of worker's personality and treat them without respect. As industry develops, ideology of human respect rises. Education level of workers in the industry grows, therefore the management has to change their attitudes toward the workers. Third, working environment and labor condition should be improved. Transportation business might raise various occupational disease and workers have a stress and tension for accidents. Because night-time driving takes more portion than day-time driving, those efforts are needed. Fourth, public welfare of drivers should be concerned about. Many drivers are considering changing occupation and this fact reflects the fatigue of transportation business and backwardness of welfare facilities. Even though it is hard for large welfare facilities because of small scale of the business, solution for the problems of public welfare needs to be presented. Because of Oh-Shan transportation business' unigue characteristics, we cannot say previously stated proposals are not everything to solve the problum. Through this study it should not be enough for providing a guide which helps to develop the relationship and solve the problems between lavor and management. However, I hope that this study makes big turn around to recognize transportation business as public business.
