Recently physical education organizations have extentsively developed ranging from simplified and non-profitable commonwealth organization to complex and profitable administrative organization in their sizes and sturctures, resulting from promotion of mass sport which is caused to innovation of social awareness to sport & physical education and diversity of needs of sport and phycal education consumers. The primary purpose of this study was to examine effects of socio-demographic characteristics among physical education & sport organization members on factors related job stress and job satisfaction. The sample was drawn from 132 members worked at physical education & sport organizations, they were selected by the method of systematic stratified cluster sampling. A questionnaire was designed to measure effects of Personal Characteristics of Member of Physical Education Organizations on Job Stress and Job Satisfaction, consisting of fixed-alternative and open-ended questions. The questionnaire consisted of four main sections: (a) socio-demographic characteristics (b) questions concerning job stress (c) questions concerning job performance (d) questions concerning job satisfaction. The reliability coefficients of the questionnaire were ranging from .803 to .875. All of questionnaires were personally delivered to the respondents, who immediately filled them out. Multiple classfication analysis was used to achieve the purpose of this study. The conclusive summaries of this study were as follows: First, In the case of effects of personal characteristics of member of physical education organizations on job stress, The more period of job career is long, the more job stress is high. Second, In the case of effects of personal characteristics of member of physical education organizations on job performance, The less job career and the higher educational background and the hihger salary level, the more job performance is high. Third, In the case of effects of personal characteristics of member of physical education organizations on job satisfaction, The more job career and the higher salary level, the more job satisfaction is high.
