    The purpose of this study was attempted to identify the stress of teachers and methods solving stress among teachers. Specifically, the purpose of this study could be summarized as follows: First, how is the perceptional levels of the stress of teachers? Secondly, how is the perceptional levels of the stress of teachers and coping methods according to background variables of the teachers? Thirdly, how is the relation between perceptional levels of the stress of teachers and solving methods? The material of this research were acquired from three hundred thirty questionnairer(94.3%), which was collected by random sampling from three hundred fifty elementary school teachers in Kynggi Do. The statistics used in this study were a mean, a standard deviation, a t-test, and a analysis of variance (ANOVA). The following conclusions were drawn form the analysis of data: First, the perceptional levels the stress of teachers was relatively high and suffered very high stress especially in the factor of administrative management Secondly, the perceptional degree and solving methods by individual variable make a difference according to the sex or did not make a difference according to the degree of occupational and career Thirdly, the perceptional degree and solving methods by school variable did not make difference according to the scale and the site of the schools Lastly, the relationship between the perceptional levels of the stress of teachers and solving methods says that the perceptional high levels are superior to the perceptional low levels in the solving with the stress.
