    Violence in schools has become a serious problem of society recently. According to other study, there are many forms of violence physically or phychic and it has been wide ranged that violence has been committed by general students as well as juvenile delinquent. This study developed a theoritical concept in terms of social learning theory with stimulus, reinforcement, and cognitive management, in that, students who have been experienced or observed violent disciplinary practices tend to more easily forming aggressive behavior. Especially the violent discipline using violence with their living condition factors contributes to approval of violence. Therefore, the parent's and teacher's violent disciplinary practices, victimization by friends, aggression by mediating factors, which contribute to have a more positive attitude violence that might be likely to conduct into another involvement of violence. This study in primary importance to study the mechanism that is involved in causing violent behavior, and tries to analyze the effect and examine relation of the parent's and teacher's disciplinary practices, victimization by friends, aggression by mediating factors, attitude and behavior toward violence. For that purpose, we conducted a survey of the third year students of the middle school, Ansan-si and Puchun-si, Kyunggi. Respondents directly made and Kim, Jun Ho(1997)'s instrumentation modified and complemented are used. The middle school 30 students participated in pre-test in 10, March, 2000 and we restricted the range of our survey in male students. Survey was practiced from 21 to 22 March. The data for statistics for analysis were 200. The SPSS and Excel were used to perform all necessary computations. Descriptive, Pearson's Correlation, Regression Analysis were employed for statistical analysis. The major findings were as follows: 1. The result of survey showed that the learning of violence from parents, teachers, friends, and media is linked to the attitude toward violence. Students who have been experienced violent disciplinary practices tend to have more positive attitude toward violence. In particularly, verbal violence from parents(r=.2868), physical violence from parents(r=.218), verbal violence from teacher(r=.1772) related to the attitude toward violence. 2. Verbal violence(r=.68363) and physical violence(r=.58551) from parents, victimization by friends (r=.30964) were related to the violent behavior. Especially, verbal violence and physical violence from parents were higher than the other things. 3. The relation of the attitude to the behavior toward violence were by r=.42514. According to the data, we find the relationship between the attitude and the behavior is brought closer together and is linked to other variables. These result is alike to Lee, Chun Wha(1995)'s study. On basis of the main result, it should be noted that the attitude and behavior toward violence might come from student's living condition factors, especially physical violence and verbal violence from parents, verbal violence from teachers, and violence from friends. Besides, it should be emphasized that these learning of violence is essentially based on the violent behavior which victimization is directly occurred rather than attitude. In fact, it seems important to find the establishment of particular treatment programs and services systems, which must have a central position in the environments as well as the personals.
