For human relations variable out of low-ranking variables related to the job satisfaction, general affairs, financial management and curriculum of education dominated the ratio of 34.9%. For low-ranking variables related to the role performance, local community and financial management dominated the ratio of 23.7%. In addition to, it appeared that, as a result of bidirectional verification of significant level of 0.1, the role performance have about 0.667 correlation with the job satisfaction.
