공립유치원 교사의 직무 스트레스와 직무 만족도에 관한 연구 : 경기도 북부지역을 중심으로

The purpose of this study is to find out degree of occupational stress and occupational that the public kindergarten teachers feel, relation between occupational stress and occupational satisfaction, further to prevent and dissolve over-occupational stress of the public kindergarten teachers to improve occupational satisfaction of them. To attain at said goal, a concept and theoretical background of their occupational stress and occupational satisfaction have been logically arranged and a questionnaire was applied to the public kindergarten teachers in northern part of Gyeonggi-do of Korea with the instructional help of an academic advisor by referring to existing studies related to occupational stress and occupational satisfaction. The process of materials is explained that answer papers were used to find out standard deviation and average value using SPSS/WIN (Statistical Package for Social Science / for WINDOW), t-test and further One-way ANOVA, and Correlation analysis were applied. The conclusions are as follows. At first, the occupational stress recognized by public kindergarten teachers deemed to be rather higher than average, among them, married teachers married as graduate with 1 or shorter educational experience, teachers teaching 30 or more students at 4-5 years old, and teachers working on average more than 9 hours per day seemed to have more occupational stress. Second, the occupational satisfaction recognized by public kindergarten teachers seemed to be higher than average. Among them, unmarried teachers as undergraduate of 2-year college seemed to have more satisfaction compared to teachers with 5 years or longer experience, teachers with 20 or less students that they take care of seemed to have on average 3 million won or more. 8 hours or less working teachers seemed to have more occupational satisfaction. Third, the occupational stress and occupational satisfaction recognized by the public kindergarten teachers seemed to have rather higher negative correlation. The occupational satisfaction was most negatively related to personnel factors, sub factor of occupational stress, in the meantime, occupational satisfaction mostly negatively related to working environment satisfaction.
