    A change of technology in Korean telecommunication industry is very fast. So, Many companies are upgrading its network from ADSL to VDSL. Thus their producing costs have been increased. And, many companies of Korean telecommunication industry have been facing numerous challenges. There is a transition towards customer-driven market due to spread of the Internet and digitization, intensifying competition in the marketplace has blurred barriers among distinct individual businesses. As such, telecommunication companies around the world have focused on development of new business models and managerial innovation to ensure their survival and success. Indeed, their endeavors have come to determine the future of businesses. This study maybe solves next questions; 1) How long will these challenge be sustained? 2) What is the equilibrium price in competitive telecommunication market? 3) What is a turning point of profit and loss in Korean telecommunication companies? 4) What is the structure of gains of Korean telecommunication companies? This study presents the following results; 1) A course of improvement in the structure of gains on Korean wire telecommunication companies dependent that it is given much more weight on premium xDSL line about all broadband internet connectivity. 2) The current of world telecommunication market is change. For example, it place more weight on wireless telecommunication market than wire telecommunication market. And, The high-speed internet market is to be sure. 3) High-speed internet is accessible in up to 70% of all Korean households. The subscription ratio, which obtained 10 million subscribers within 4 years, is the world highest. But the fact show us that Korea high-speed internet market come to almost an saturation point. And so, the fact show us that Korean telecommunication companies must expand the market or develope an overseas market.
