(A) Study on Depth of Improvement by Energy per Blow of Dynamic Compaction Method

This study performed to decide suitable an empirical coefficient at our country field using the results of dynamic compaction on six sites. The coefficient is distinguished and determined according to 3 kinds of soil of silty sand, waste and rubber. The coefficient is presented suitable at our country field through the comparison and analysis of this results and existing results. It can be summarized as follows : (1) An empirical coefficient must be distinguished and determined according to the soil types. (2) In silty sand ground an empirical coefficient must be distinguished and determined according to the material to be containing at this soil. The case which the gravel is contained a=0.60 is suitable, the case which the clay is contained a=0.45 is suitable and the case to be genuine silty sand a=0.50 is suitable. (3) The case of the waste ground a=0.50 is suitable. (4) The case of the rubber ground a=0.75 is suitable but this result must be supply according to the research products to be the append.
