    The construction phase of the total life of a Cable-stayed bridge will probably be mush more hazardous than the service-use phase. Experience shows that a Cable-stayed bridge is more likely to suffer during erection than after completion In this paper, three dimensional models of Cable-stayed bridges are analyzed under the static loads. And every step of Precast segmental method are considered in this analyses, and also influence lines for loads placed in various positions are obtained. Finally, the dynamic characteristics of Cable-stayed bridge are also obtained. Based on the results of this study, it is found that the Cable-stayed bridge are safe under service loadings. Also, it is known that the analyses in the every step of the Precast segmental methods are very important.
