(A) Study on the Effects of a Network for Technique and Internal Capability of Enterprise in the Performance of Enterprise

The construction of a network for technique, which is able to grasp the internal capability of enterprise and is able to achieve the technical innovation, is regarded to a solution of the performance of technical innovation. That is the point of time to require for the study that is to supply the basic frame for the strategic management of technique by means of the conceptualization of the fact that the causes of technical innovation what the enterprise needs is investigated and managed in systematic (Challis and Samson, 1996). This study is aimed to the grope of a method to enhance the advanced performance of enterprise with an expansion of the existing views of study on the requirements of a network for technique and internal capability of enterprise with respect to the performance of enterprise through the technical innovation. The objectives of study are as follows. First, The study is to search for the factors of the effects of a network for technique in the performance of enterprise. Second, The study is to develop a business process and knowledge sharing system that is able to enhance the performance of enterprise by means of strengthening the own internal capability of enterprise that is not acquired in case of the other enterprises. This study is to define and present what the detailed method is that the most important internal capability that has an effect on the performance of enterprise in this process. Finally, the study is to present the separated ideas as a network for technique and internal capability of enterprise that can be affected to the performance of enterprise according to the personal characteristics. That is the study investigates the difference between the personal characteristics and presents a discussion that deals how the differences are applied to the individual characteristics. The results of hypothesis and verification in this study are summarized as follows. First, the difference between the device embodied knowledge and the disembodied knowledge is nearly same for the results of quality and financial affairs in the verification of hypothesis in order to define the factors of a network for technique that can be affected to the similar performance of enterprise. In addition, in case of the analysis for the results of customers are not able to define the similar factors abandoned due to the low of similarity for the results. Second, the similar factors for the results of quality and financial affairs, which are investigated from the results of the verification of hypothesis in order to define the internal capability of enterprise that can be affected to the similar performance of enterprise, are the business environments. However, in case of the analysis for the results of customers are abandoned by the low similarity. Third, in case of the low age group is regard that the devices are all the more important. On the other hand, in case of the high age group is regarded that the sharing information and information sources in the enterprise, and practical use of DB related to the business affairs are all the more important. Fourth, the higher age group is considered to the higher results of financial affairs that can be acquired through the personal relations. On the other hand, the lower age group is considered to the higher results of financial affairs that can be acquired through the business environments. Fifth, the higher scholastic ability group is regarded that the personal embodied knowledge is the more important factor for improving the performance of the results of quality and financial affairs. On the other hand, the lower scholastic ability group is regarded that the device embodied knowledge is the more important. Finally, the improvement of business environments is considered to advance for the performance of the results of quality and financial affairs regardless of the higher or lower scholastic ability. On the other hand, the personal relations are investigated to the more important to improve the results of customers. The methods for actual applications based on the results of this study are as follows. First, the active encouragements of research activities are needed to improve the results of quality, financial affairs, and customers as a complex factor. Second, the enough educations keep pace with the construction of computer system not only the inside of the group but between the groups. The open-minded management can continuously be accomplished by the computerized system for the part that is still not constructed. Third, in addition to the periodic educations of personal human nature, the additional non-periodic educations will have to keep pace with the practical affairs. Fourth, the failures of business are to be reduced by the continuous upgrading for the system of maintenances and repairs based on the Web and securing the newest devices. Finally, the customer supply and defects receive center will be actively used. The customer supply center is to act a positive service with the discharge for the customers as a member of marketing staff rather than waiting a customer who is negatively approached.
