    The purpose of this study is to find out the effect of computer assisted instruction on the Math learning achievement and attitude of students with Math disabilities. Computer assisted instructions were carried out 4 sessions a week (for 40 minutes per time), totally 40 sessions to three subject students with math disabilities on the third grade in an elementary school. To investigate the effect on children's math learning achievement, we measured average and the standard deviation of the rate of the correct answers in the three fields, the amount of numbers, addition and subtraction, and enforced repeated measurement analysis of variance(Repeated Measurement ANOVA) with prior, post and supporting tests. In addition, we investigated the change and difference between the pre-test and the post test with a subordinative sample t-test through a measuring test for maths learning attitude to know the change in mathematics learning attitude The results of this study are as follows. First, computer assisted instruction was indicated to have an effect on improving math learning achievement of children with leaning disabilities on math. The average of the pre-test was 39.0, the post test, 50.0 and the supporting test, 51.33. The average point of the post test was increased compared with the average point of the prior test in math learning achievement test, and the average point of the supporting test was continued, not decreased than the post test in the supporting test. And it was shown that there is fairly meaningful difference according to the testing period, as a result of enforcing repeated measurement analysis of variance(Repeated Measurement ANOVA)(F=49.480, p
