    This study was conducted to investigate to the factual aspect and problem of sex education in special schools and get the difference of kinds of the handicapped from them. I'd like to provide good ways to effective sex education in special schools. The subjects selected for this study were 65 teachers who are in charge of the sex education in 65 special school around the country. The result of this study were presented through survey and the data were analyzed into frequency analysis and χ^(2). The results of this study were as follows. First, in the research of factual aspect of teacher who are charge of the sex education, most teachers work for 10 years and less than 20 years and they are mainly medical teachers. Second, in the research of factual aspect of the sex education most schools included the sex education into the school curriculum but the times the sex education was done were not fixed. The sex education in special school was not comprised systematically. The article of the sex education was mainly video tapes and teacher's instruction. The information of the sex education chiefly was transferred through guided books which were made in the education ministry. Third, There were so many problems when the sex education was done in special schools. The serious problems on the sex education was the low understanding ability and perception level of students and shortage of article and guided books. To improved this problem, the sex education is included into a compulsory subject. Conclusions from the above results are as follows. First, the students showa lots of attention to sex education and the teachers find out that sex education affects the teachers. Therefore there must be more effective sex education connecting home and school. Second, It showed that the sex education is taught when it is necessary without stable place and time. The fixed place and time that the teachers can do sex education must be provided. Third, It showed that the teachers are mainly using the guided books on sex education by Education ministry, so the guided books on sex education must be developed.
