    The key factors of knowledge managements are utilization of information technology, commitment of CEO, employee training, use of knowledge capital and knowledge sharing. These key factors affect management innovation such as development of product, innovation of organization and enhancement of corporate image in many ways. From the empirical analysis, we can conclude as follows: First, hypothesis test result of utilization of information technology's effects on management innovation was statistically significant. Among them utilization of information system was found most significant. Second, hypothesis test result of relationship between commitment of CEO and management innovation was found statistically significant. Commitment of CEO has influence largely on organization culture that is the lower level of management innovation. Third, hypothesis test result of relationship between employee training and management innovation was found statistically significant. According to the empirical study, employee training is connected largely with the product innovation. Fourth, hypothesis test of relationship between knowledge sharing and management innovation was found statistically significant. Knowledge sharing has influence mainly on competitiveness of organization as well as person.
