    This study was designed to find out the effect of Yoga Asana program on the children's attention. In this study 50 children who were 5 years old and went to P kindergarten located Changwon City, Kyungnam Province, were participated, and they were broken down into two groups one called test group and the other control group comprised of 25 children respectively and were provided with Yoga Asana program on the everyday basis, a total of 30 times for 6 weeks. Asana program as the study tool has yoga postures which fit children's ability and nature and children can pay attention to them, which are selected among other things after a test based on the literatures about children Yoga. The measurement tool for the effect of the program was Harris and Harris' Grid. To see if increased attention was significant, we identified the homogeneity of test group and controlled group about preliminary test for ability of attention. And difference between groups (test, control) and test (pre-, post-) was measured by Repeated Measure ANOVA. This study concludes that Yoga Asana program had effect on the improvement of children's attention. Therefore, the program could be used in today's educational fields in which children show poor attention to their education and help improve children's attention for not only physical but mental growth.
