    As mobile computing environment is generalized, tryouts to offer QoS to mobile nodes are increasing. In this paper, we could recognize three problems in provisioning of QoS and presented an improvement plan. The first problem is path changing by node's movement. In the case of RSVP(Resource Reservation Protocol), existent resource reservation could not be used whenever route is changed, and resource reservation have to be made again. An extended and improved function of RSVP with crossover router to reuse overlapped path in current and new path, can solve this problem. The second one is data delivery to mobile nodes in foreign network from their own HA. This is less efficient for sender to pass directly to mobile nodes. This problem can be improved using LDIS(Location Discovery) and SESSION_Update defined in this paper. Sender and receiver can support QoS setting and data transmission directly because they always keep other node's CoA. The third one is that current Internet environment consisted of hybrid networks does not support a common QoS technology among networks. This problem also can be solved by GR(Gateway Router)'s functional extension and defining QoS parameter sets depending on each network.
