Third, Teachers in labor unions are understanding their unions' activities better, but teachers in Korea Federation of Teachers' Association didn't. It's because in labor unions, teacher representatives have joined the activities, and in Korea Federation of Teachers' Association, steps of the office have joined them. The conclusion of this study is as follow : It's concluded that it's the time for three teachers' organizations to try to develop our whole education community rather than running after their own interests.
