Fast development of Information Technology that do the latest Internet by backbone is reminding sudden change during all parts with social studies, economy, business management. Specially, development of digital network such as the Internet offers enterprise new defiance and an opportunity. Hereupon, enterprises about electronic commerce (Electronic Commerce : EC) or E- business dominate enterprise's competitive power because interest passes over dimension of simple interest now, and end is recognizing by means for survival. Therefore, induction and strategic practical use of electronic commerce are being essential important matter so that enterprise survives on information-oriented society. Therefore, electronic commerce of the more systematic and specific enterprise center should be achieved than theoretical access. Therefore, this study wished to examine closely about effect that get in business result at electronic commerce introduction through policy special quality factor that is studying special quality main point that is formation special quality main point that is reform special quality main point that is environmental special quality main point that is electronic commerce activation factor through actual proof analysis. Established conceptional model of this study and construction and verify trustability of collected data to verify 5 hypothesis that is established and executes hypothesis testing through theoretical investigation and virtue study to achieve this study purpose. And to verify construction, electronic commerce factor enforced interrelation between business result. Is as following if summarize actual proof analysis result about construction through such analysis process. First, was expose that electronic commerce activation leading person affects in business result. Therefore, will have to analyze systematic type of electronic commerce activation factor and develop and introduce suitable electronic commerce introduction method to enterprise. Also, may improve business result by introduction of electronic commerce clarifying operation purpose. Second, was expose that affect in information system result according to degree of activation factor. Therefore, should operate by strategic counterproposal to improve business result because result appears to differ according to degree of environmental factor, degree of reform factor, degree of formation factor, degree of studying factor, degree of policy factor. This that is active at introduction as factors that should be considered at introduction of electronic commerce are High element very in business result plan examining and reflect strategically should .Also, may improve business result though choose suitable activation leading person in suitable enterprise's environment at electronic commerce introduction and reflects a necessary technology properly. Can know that will bring High business result if operate planning and executes reflecting activation special quality factor properly at induction of electronic commerce through this study. Therefore, will have to lay and execute systematic introduction plan so that can activate transaction because introduces electronic commerce that reflect electronic commerce factor according to enterprise business environment and improve business result.
