The existence and prosperity of the enterprise are pursuit goal interest core subject of management. Optimum application of the retention resources in side the enterprise it leads and to secure the competitive power of best. Central point of like this employees' interaction and communication role which is a organizational communication function also who a margin of suspicion is not. Recognizing these important points, this study aims that research and suggestion of the organizational communication environment effects' job satisfaction, and distribute employees' job satisfaction, and organizational efficiency increase from the activation of organizational communication. For this, first of all, to measure the extent and application of organizational communication environment level and employees' job satisfaction in research's enterprise, These variables according to the characteristic of an individual and of an organization, and also, by analyzing correlation between organization's communication environment and employees' job satisfaction in operating organization of enterprise, to find out variable causes in communication which influence job satisfaction and to compare and analyze with existent results of research. On the basis of these results to suggest to plans to improve organizational communications environment which affect organizational effectiveness and job satisfaction. For this aims, first of all the author tried to clarify definition, classification and procedure of communications centering into related documents and also clarified the subjects on definition determinative theory and primary causes of measurements and the steps for job satisfaction and also in regard to organizational effectiveness the author tried theorize the relationship between organizational communication environment and job satisfaction and summarized it's precedent study. The author formulated a model of study through theoretical study and distributed guestionaries, centering into large enterprise with hypotheses produced for positive analysis and prove the hypotheses by utilizing the techniques of t-test ANOVA, Principal Component Analysis(PCA) frequency analysis and Cronbach's α to prove reliability. The analysis results can be summarized al follows. First, degrees of organizational communication climate shall be consider differency to the employees' job satisfaction level with the support environment and participate chance provision satisfactorily.(adopted) Second, degrees of organizational communication type shall be consider difference to the employees job satisfaction level was visible the result whose group the horizontal, upward, interaction communication is activate is high relativity remarkably(adopted), But it was not visible a consider difference to an employees' job satisfaction level rather from group as downward and informal communication it is high.(rejected) The effect where the third, degrees of organizational communication environment shall differ according to demographic - social organizational variables of organization member's such as level which it follows in duty class and length of service year possibility of employee (partially adopted) In spite of such limitations of this study, we can find out it's significance that some kids of affirmative and instruction First, it observes the relationship with job satisfaction an communic ation of the employees with the scientific side it will be able to take charge of role in research of all against a human behavior field. Second, as for practical aspect, productivity improvement and effectiveness improvement are essential in order to accomplish continuance and growth which are social duties and objects and this study could be useful in collecting administrative goal of communications in an organization and the methods Third, in the theoretical aspect of human relations, effective application of communications shall improve employees' job satisfaction and make it possible to reach organizational goal effectively in the aspect of present situation finally, a company interacting with it's environment shall improve adaptability by utilizing communications pertinent to present situation.
