    Recently, the information technology is taking as footlights for the new power of the economy growth, which leads each company to put a large amount of investment for the information system. The higher competition among the companies, the information system itself becomes a source of competition among them. The purpose of management efficiency through the information system is to correspond with the international sized of intensive competition and rapidly changing market trends by optimizing work process. At this point of view, RTE (Real-Time Enterprise) is thecore for the systemizing information of the company. Therefore, RTE is the solution to provide a strong competitive power to those companies facing intensively competitive environment. RTE is maximizing company's competitive power through minimizing work delay and increasing decision-making speed by continuous process improvement and providing real-time information. Many leading companies have been establishing and executing various strategies for RTE and BPM (Business Process Management) is in the core of this strategy. In this study, we have evaluated the investment results, the measurement of contributions to establishing business goal and economic value, based on detail case analysis of BPM. For actual case, we have analyzed a case of SER company's setup based on Samsung's SIMS (Samsung Integrated Management System). First, the process improvement by GPPM was necessary in order to setup SIMS successfully. According to setting up SIMS, process standardization and Real-Time Visibility through a legacy system are accomplished and then Real-Time Enterprise is build ultimately. This makes company deal with business easily at unpredictable market situation. In addition, simplification of process and a Real-Time monitoring bring cost-down with customer satisfaction. This study finds that SIMS brought 90% cost-down in both financial and process sections, as a whole, it brought business profit about $9million. As a result, SIMS relates strongly a human-material resource such as executives, managers and staffs, so it maximizes business value. In this study, we are not able to show the result of management improvement at lower level such as operation divisions, because we focus on financial benefits by introducing SIMS. For that reason, it is valuable to deduce success factors of RTE by analyzing SIMS because many companies wish to fulfill RTE efficiently.
