The purpose of management efficiency through the information system is to correspond with the international sized of intensive competition and rapidly changing market trends by optimizing work process. First, the process improvement by GPPM was necessary in order to setup SIMS successfully. According to setting up SIMS, process standardization and Real-Time Visibility through a legacy system are accomplished and then Real-Time Enterprise is build ultimately. This makes company deal with business easily at unpredictable market situation. In addition, simplification of process and a Real-Time monitoring bring cost-down with customer satisfaction. This study finds that SIMS brought 90% cost-down in both financial and process sections, as a whole, it brought business profit about $9million. As a result, SIMS relates strongly a human-material resource such as executives, managers and staffs, so it maximizes business value. In this study, we are not able to show the result of management improvement at lower level such as operation divisions, because we focus on financial benefits by introducing SIMS. For that reason, it is valuable to deduce success factors of RTE by analyzing SIMS because many companies wish to fulfill RTE efficiently.
