    In today's digital competition age, the e-commerce through Internet is needed to cope with the rapidly-changing world progressively and its application extends to the overall industrial fields. Many nations use it as a main globalization strategy to survive in this boundless competition world. As the e-commerce of agricultural products is widely used, it gives new business opportunities and methods and it provides new opportunities to distribution companies, which were impossible in the traditional agricultural products market. Moreover, it makes the market more competitive, and which makes new value added and raises the efficiency of pricing. Since agricultural products make lots of margins in consumption distribution, e-commerce of those products is currently bringing epochal changes and effects in this market and, at the end; it will be the main transaction of agricultural marketing. The government has supported the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry building information infrastructure and websites of agriculturists. However, the ratio of agricultural products among the whole e-commerce is relatively low, and more political support is needed to overcome this inferior situation. Besides, most of the researches performed in the academic world are limited to thecurrent situation of general e-commerce and its usage. It is very hard to find out any conclusion about the possibility of introduction of agricultural products' e-commerce. Producers of agricultural products should take the leadership to make their positions secure in this rapidly-changing market. The distribution environment has been changing its way to 'more opened, more large-sized, and more computerized' way. Producers should follow this way. Namely, to make producers of agricultural products lead the distribution and the sales of the products, as I said above, in the environmental aspect, we need to introduce authentication system of agricultural products' e-commerce websites, to enact related law and policies, and to promote agricultural products' standardization. And, in the politic aspect, we need to make proper business models and to spread them. Furthermore, we need to build information infrastructure, to make digital-based distribution environment, to educate related people in a practical way, to develop and build unique distribution system, to foster expert corps, and to establish and manage the organization that takes full charge of agricultural products' e-commerce. Furthermore, in the technical aspect, we need to induce producers and consumers to participate in this system progressively, to develop and spread the unique payment system, to introduce Internet marketing and apply it, and to develop the up-to-date technology service system. We should carry out these ways progressively for the activation of e-commerce.
