The way of business is changed dramatically during past 7 years like speed of light in Korea. Most of companies observed and experienced painful memory of Economic Crisis in 1998. No one realized the meaning of "Power shift by Knowledge" at that time. Now, many firms understand that they require more then casual approach to corporate knowledge if they are to succeed in today's and tomorrow's business. Recent industry case studies provide illustrative examples of successes and failures in integrating knowledge management technologies for enabling organizational business process s and new business models, this article identifies three key paradigms that have characterized the implementation of KM systems, technologies and techniques in organizational business processes. Taking a critical view of main streams characterization of KM technologies, this article focus organizational characteristics of SI(System Integration) project team related knowledge process. For extracting perceived significance of functions, we give a comprehensive survey on Knowledge creation, aquisition, obtain and use management steps add on organizational characteristics. Through this survey, this article could extract perceived functions of team. A framework for effective knowledge process of SI project organization has been discussed. And Organizational issues and theoretical issues have been discussed. Future research will be needed to expand the current function to SI company wide KMS framework.
