Design techniques of reliable Ka DBF receiving modules, which can be applicable to digital beam forming receiver systems at Ka-band frequencies, have been developed. The design of the converter modules is based on unit circuit Blocks which consist of Low noise Block and S-Band Block, Local Oscillator and Power divider. This system have 7 channels. The complete module is designed as a cascade layout of the characterized unit circuit Blocks. For these converter modules, even harmonic mixer is used for Ka Down converting. Also, Ku band PLL frequency synthesizer, which Gives LO frequences to even harmonic mixer. S Band Block consist of 2 amplifier, active mixer for system gain budget and 2 filters. The Ka Block performs with the gain of 26 dB, noise figure of 3.5 dB, and input P1 dB of -23 dBm. And S Band Block performs with the gain of 69 dB, noise figure of 1.3 dB, and input P1 dB of -60 dBm.
