The purpose of this study is to explore and to improve upon the method of change management in organization innovation under stabile industry. Although there are many tools available to improve organization innovation, most companies fail to increase innovation within their corporation because of their failure to consider, and to properly apply all of the organizational characters. This study is based on internal case studies and the 7S model developed by the Mckinsey Consulting Company, which consists of Shared Value, Strategy, Structure, System, Staff, Skill, Style. Using this research, I have reconstructed a new model consisting of three categories: the seven areas of the Mckinsey 7S model, the six steps of process change and the four factors of method to improve corporate innovation. The six steps sympathize with the necessity of change, which are, to establish the vision of change, to conquer the resistance of change, to be supported by top management, to connect with the human system and to monitor and feed the innovative result. The four factors consist of leadership, participation, communication and measurement, and rewards. For successful innovation within the stabile industry as cathode-ray tube industry, we must first establish the 7S basic characters. These characters formulate the foundation that systematically supports the process and method of change management. In addition, the six steps and the four factors must be harmonized and also not be canceled or skipped. These are the key factors of success in corporate innovation.
