    Recent research in high power pulse technology goes to higher power and shorter rise time and width in the pulse. Adding to this orders, Proper pulsed power is used in pollutant gas removal. This paper deals with the method to generate high voltage pulse having fast rise time mainly applied to the nonthermal plasma generating. For this, compact size high voltage pulse generator with fast rise time has been fabricated and investigated experimentally. It can be reduced the variation of peak pulse by fixing the rotating disk with holes components and pulse generator structure. The triggering is applied field distortion method taking advantage to flow large current. As a result, it can be obtained pulse generator without ball abrasion. And parametric studies showed that the rise time of the output pulse was depended little on the change of the load resistor and the charging capacitor while the pulse width of the output pulse was depended greatly upon the change of the load resistor and the charging capacitor. Also, This results is showed that rotating pulse generator is sensitive by rpm velocity.
