    Chiral amine derivatives have been successfully used as ligands in different asymmetric reactions. For example, in asymmetric reductions and in the addition of organo-zinc reagents to carbonyl compounds, they used chiral ligands. Zn(Ⅱ) exists a little in nature. But it is easilly isolated from rough stone. So it is widely used in lives of people. Therefore researches of Zinc have been accomplished actively and many people studies these areas. We have synthesized enantiomerically pure chiral amine derivative and its Zn(Ⅱ) complex. The structure of Zn(Ⅱ) complex been resolved by X-ray crystallographic analysis. This result reveals Zn(Ⅱ) complex to be Orthorhombic, space group P2₁2₁2₁, with four molecules in a unit cell of dimensions a = 10.7971(4)Å, b = 13.424(1)Å, c = 21.576(1)Å.
