In this thesis, We proposed one of the wavelength locking system using the fiber opotic passive device which has characteristics of wavelength dependance. Especilly, Fiber Bragg Grating has good slope for the wavelength and power, cause it is good wavelength reference device for the optical system. DWDM system has become many channel and narrow channel spacing. Because it has limited amplification band of Erbium Doped Fiber Amplifier. Thus, to use DFB-LD for the light source in the DWDM systems, it must have wavelength shift characteristic less than minimum 0.2nm in case 100GHz system by environment factor as temperature variation. We analyzed the driven functional relationships of interference theory between the incident beam angle and the Bragg wavelength of the produced FBGs. The dicision of center wavelength of FBG's is selected by controlled mirror angle. In the wavelength locking system, we controlled DFB-LD inside TEC with the information of ligth power level through the FBG and compared with the Thermistor which used other reference.
