In addition to every department of city and country can certify through LAN, which will abolish required attached-document for government clearance. Second, to administrate unified data of drawing and property can abolish documenting procedures, so it will cut down manpower and expenses. Third, it can reduce overlapping investment through DB related real estate. Lastly, the concept of the cadastre itself and cadastral computerization must be clearly established for the countermeasure, while it should be promoted for joint ownership of the land log information, expansion of the numerical cadastral system, utilizing it as a framework data, recovering triangular coordinates and unification of the survey point in technical aspect. In systematical aspect, it should be established for responsible manpower through the unification of the project entity, merging scholastic academy and activation of the academic activity and enforcement act and regulations on the cadastral computerization. In terms of linking with LIS, the analysis supports that it should be developed in a way to secure a system to mutually linking with the cadastral information.
